Join us for a Skillsharing Workshop that will demystify the technique behind cultured foods and empower you in the kitchen!

Of course you can find beneficial micro-organisms in yogurt, kefir and other cultured dairy products (which are all delicious and very healthy foods), but you can also get them by making your own lacto-fermented condiments! Intensely flavorful, supportive to digestion, and providing many health benefits that come along with cultured foods; homemade, culture condiments are also incredibly easy to make!

This is a hands-on, learn-and-do workshop that will cover what harms our natural flora and why ferments and cultured foods are crucial to your health - and not to mention, delicious! We will focus on everything you need to know about how home fermentation works. Taste the effect time has on these every day foods and start your own batch to take home!

Learn recipes for: ketchup, mayo, mustard and kimchi! Informational hand-outs and recipes provided along with hands-on demonstration and samples!
