High Sierra Edible Garden Tour

Join us for a tour of local, high-sierra edible gardens. Get inspired by gardens of all shapes and sizes - from a beginner container garden to a high production permaculture greenhouse. Participants will leave with ideas for their own garden space and a few resources to get started! We'll begin at the Truckee Demonstration Garden and then proceed, caravan style, to a variety of Truckee home gardens. Light refreshments will be served throughout the tour. Please bring hats, sunglasses and water. Children are welcome to participate for free! Registration begins at 8:30 with the first presentation beginning at 9am.
